报告题目：Cross–Server Scientific Computing System 跨服务器科学计算系统
摘要：Cloud computing is not just a business for industry and companies, it can also be a useful technique for scientific research and education. But how can we apply the concept of cloud computing to different scientific fields? How to connect users on laptops, personal or tablet computers or even smart phones with scientific programs/packages on (or out of but connected with) main servers through websites? In this talk we will first introduce the basic concept of cloud computing and describe how we can apply this interesting and powerful idea to scientific uses, including research, training, and education. Then we will present our earlier work on a prototype of a cross–server scientific computing system and give online demonstrations
「云计算（cloud computing）」不仅仅是公司企业的一项商业服务，它也是在学术研究与科学教育上极有用的一项新兴技术。然而，如何将「云计算」的概念实际应用于不同的科学领域？又如何让个人、笔记本或平板电脑、智能手机等移动通讯设备的用户通过服务器与不同国家、不同研究单位的（大型）计算软件或系统建立联系？在这个报告中，首先我们介绍「云系统」的基本概念，并简单说明如何将这个观念推广至科学研究与教育训练领域。接着，我们会展示我们先前在「跨服务器」科学计算系统方面的工作成果，并给予在线操作演示。
