Jianghong Yao, Professor

As the doctoral supervisor, he mainly engages in the research of low-dimensional semiconductor materials physics and optoelectronic device, etc. As the project leader, he undertook the following scientific research projects: National Basic Research Program of China (973), Major Research Plan of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Sub-topic Program of Climbing Plan, Application Foundation Research Program of Tianjin, etc. He successively participated in the researches in amorphous and polycrystalline silicon semiconductor materials, diamond thin-film materials, rare earth luminescent material, Nano polymer material, semiconductor quantum well, preparation of quantum dot materials and device, photoelectric performance study, molecular beam epitaxy technology, optics micro-structure, solid-state laser light source, optical fiber laser light source, ultrafast laser micro structure, etc., and has published over 100 papers in the following SCI magazines: Nano Reseach, AIP Advances. Sci. Reports, Appl. Phys. Lett. , Opt. Lett. , Opt. Comm. , Front. of Phy. , J. of Phy. Chem. with over 100 citation times.

  

Research field: 1 Interaction physical mechanism of femtosecond ultrafast lasers and materials; 2 Low-dimensional structure photoelectric functional materials and devices; 3 Semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices.
