Individual Resume Hongde Liu, lecturer, graduated from condensed state physics major of Nankai University in 2007, and gained the Doctor of Science degree, then stayed in University for teaching in the same year. He made a series of excellent performances in the preparation of near-stoichiometric doping lithium niobate crystals, regulation of defect structure, photo refraction and anti-photorefractive property, cycle polarization domain structure preparation, development and real-time control of nonlinear photonic crystal, etc. As the host or participant, he has completed 863 project, 973 program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Tianjin major science and technology tackling project and other projects for many times. The near-stoichiometric doping lithium niobate crystals researched recently own strong anti-photorefractive property in the ultraviolet-visible spectrum, and its research results are cited by famous journal Laser Focus World as Newsbreaks (2011 March). He has published over twenty papers in famous journals at home and abroad.
