Optics and Photonics Symposium in Nankai University 2017 (OPS-NKU2017) was held from Oct. 20 to Oct. 22, 2017 in Nankai University, Tianjin, China. This conference was sponsored and organized by the Key Laboratory of Weak Light Nonlinear Photonics, Ministry of Education and School of Physics of Nankai University. The symposium invited world-renowned scientists, engineers and technicians, and young talents in the field of optics and photonics to discuss the academic frontier and technical problems, with a purpose to promote both the domestic and the international academic exchanges and research cooperation in Optics and photonics, especially to activate the academic activities and atmosphere within Nankai University.
