Individual Resume: Hongjie Wang, born in Tianjin in 1959, studied in the major of Solid-state Physics in Department of Physics of Nankai University from 1978 to 1982 and got the bachelor's degree. He served as an engineer in Tianjin Semiconductor Materials Factory from 1982 to 1998. Since Nov. 1998, he has acted as the senior engineer in School of Physics of Nankai University.


Research direction: Application technology of optoelectronics and laser


Research topics and published papers as the first author and corresponding author:

1. Participated in the Study on the Preparation, Performance Optimization and Application of Rare Earth Bulk Phase Doped Fluoride Nanocrystals of National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2016 to 2019.

2. Participated in and finished the Study on the Rare Earth Oxide and Silicate Nanocomposite Film Silicon-based MOS Electroluminescent Devices in the Atomic Layer of National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2013 to 2016.

3. Participated in and finished the Ultrashort pulse All-fiber Laser Source based on PPMgLN Microstructure Waveguide Frequency of National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2007 to 2009.

4. Participated in and finished Study on Raman Fiber Amplifier in S+C+L Wave Band of Tianjin Science and Technology Tackle Project from 2003 to 2005.

5. Participated in and finished the Study on Cladding-pump Self-adjusting Q All-fiber Laser of National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2000 to 2002.

6. As the second person-in-charge, he formulated the following national standard from 1997 to 1998, namely, Surface Quality Light Reflex Test Method of Silicon Polished Wafer and Epitaxial Slice.
