Individual Resume

Li Wu, professor and doctoral supervisor, was selected in the Program for the New Century Talents by Ministry of Education in 2011. As a council member of Youth Committee of Chinese Materials Research Society, the member of International Centre for Diffraction Data (ICDD) and Chinese Association of Rehabiliattion Medicine, she is always engaged in the structure, physical property and components research works of photoelectric functional materials for many years, as a result, she has got many influential research results. Moreover, she has published more than forty academic papers in the international journals. The maximum citation of one paper is more than 100 times.

Research direction:

Photoelectric functional material and devices

Research topic and academic works:

In recent years, the research is focus on the study of luminescent materials for white LED and the mechanism of some abnormal luminescence phenomena. The purpose is to get  new single-component tunable-wavelength luminescent materials with stable physicochemical property, environmental friendliness and moderate synthesis condition for white LED encapsulation; Meanwhile, the research can also enrich the energy transfer theory and deepen the understanding of abnormal luminescence mechanism. At present, she is taking charge of ongoing project -The unconventional stabilization and abnormal luminescence mechanism of Mn2+ in special crystal field environment (the general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China).
