Jun Sun, male, born in Nanyang City of Henan Province in Nov. 1976, has got the doctor's degree.
In 1999, he graduated as an undergraduate in the Materials Physics Major, Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Central South University (original Central South University of Technology). During 1999-2003, he was engaged in the artificial crystal technology in No. 905 Factory. When he graduated from Major of Condensed Matter Physics, Teda School of Applied Physics of Nankai University in 2008, he stayed there to teach students.
Research direction:
Preparation of electro-optical crystal, nonlinear optic crystal, laser crystal and other artificial crystals;
Preparation and application of electro-optic device, nonlinear optical device and laser components;
Development and application of crystal-growth techniques and equipment;
Numerical simulation study and application of crystal growth;
Development and application of crystal photoelectric performance test technology.
